“For me being a cook involves memories, desire, passion, a love of food and much more.
From a very early age, I became passionate about cooking. I was probably inspired by my mother, who brought us up in a house that always smelled of cake.
Even today, when I go into a grocery store, I delight in the idea of creating new food. The mad desire to create delicious food and spoil my guests stimulates my culinary creativity continuously.
Cooking is among the finest and most comprehensive of arts. It appeals to our five senses and to the need to give the best of ourselves!
As short-lived as it may be, the art of cooking, here or elsewhere, far exceeds the pleasure of eating. The five senses mingle to add a subtle touch that philistines would never grasp.”
